Free 10 minute Initial Call
Finding the right psychiatrist and psychotherapist can be challenging. I offer a free 10 minute call to briefly discuss your concerns and better determine if we are a good fit. We will together come up with a plan for next steps.
Consultation Session
Your first visits will be a consultation for the purposes of evaluation. During this time, I gather information about your current situation and your history. I will then discuss my initial impressions and we will collaboratively create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.
Follow Up Sessions
Follow ups are 45 or 25 minutes, depending on the complexity of the issue and how much time we are setting aside time for psychotherapy. Regardless of whether we are meeting for medications or therapy, I consider every meeting an opportunity for connection, support, and growth.
Fees and Policies
I am an out-of-network with all insurances. I provide out of networks patients with a billing statement with the information necessary to obtain out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is accepted on the day of service by Zelle or credit card. A good faith estimate of annual expected charges is available at your request.
Visits are conducted virtually (patients must be located in NY or CA). I can also meet in person with patients in NYC upon request. To reschedule or cancel your appointment without incurring a fee, kindly provide a 48 business-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Please be aware that most insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for missed appointment fees.
